Leadership

Leadership is not just a word. It is a subject . Many people think that leadership is an easy task. But definitely these people don't know the meaning of leadership.They think that when we give order to someone we lead them. But they forget that when we go to a restaurant we just order something according to their manue . We can not order that thing which they don't hold. We want our satisfaction their.So the purpose of this example is tell them  leadership is not about our personal satisfaction. It is about the satisfaction of the whole organization which we lead. They have to know the difference between the Boss and the Leaders. Bosses just give the order to their employees but leader corporate with their employees. We can say Leadership is an art not everybody become a good leader.Leadership is a art of of giving people Platform for spreading ideas that work. Leadership demands intelligence, patience, corporation, hard work and the most importantly the time of a person.So how can somebody says that the leadership is cup of tea. And First rule of leadership is everything is your fault.

Then people think that Leadership exist just in business. But no, leadership exist in every field in the world. There are political leaders who lead a country. An executive who makes strategies to remove   the competition. And a man or woman who organize his /her house and develop a control system in their houses. Leaders and leadership exist in every term of life. Donald H. McGannon  said "Leadership is action not Position" 

 Then they also have to know the difference between the Leaders and the managers. Managers are those who do the things right but the Leaders are those who do the right things. A leader should be  perfect. 

So the leadership is  guidance, controlling, organizing,  superintendence, supervision, directorship, captaincy, administration, governorship, rule, power, command and influence.  

According to all these ideas we can say an impressive leader is a person who does the following, create an inspiring vision of future, Motivate and inspire people to engage with that vision. 

In leadership the individuals who are the leaders in any organization rewarded collectively. 

So according to my point of view leaders are those who set a good example of leadership and more than this who leads with the examples of successful and unsuccessful people, who motivate and inspire us just like the great leader Martin Luther King.As John Wooden said "The most powerful tool of leadership you have is your own personal example".

So as it is said "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, YOU ARE A LEADER".
