Sometimes we don't understand what forgiveness is and how it works. It is important to understand that what is Forgiveness. Forgiveness does not mean to forget instead Forgiveness brings peace of mind and frees from anger. For the sake of Forgiveness, we acquire positive feelings and letting go of negative feelings. It has a lot of benefits on person's mental and physical health. It makes us happier and healthier. It sustains relationships, boosts kindness and connectedness. It has goof effect on marriages. When two individuals are able to forgive each other it results to a long happy marriage. Forgiveness can help prevent problems from accruing in the married couple's future it can help us to heal the wounds.
